Alpha C. Hales

Founder, CEO, and President

Alpha Hales is a Professional Parent Advocate, in Connecticut, which has worked in this field since 1999.

 

Mr. Hales is the Founder, CEO, and President of Family First International, Inc. (of twenty years), which is a grassroots Public-Interest Advocacy and Outreach Support Services Member Not-for-Profit Organization, which advocates on behalf of men and women, in which He refers to as: Decent Disadvantaged Non-Custodial Parent Obligors, (these are parents of integrity, which have been ordered to pay court ordered child support payments regionally, as well as nationally).

 

Mr. Hales personal stand for advocacy began in 1999, when He recognized that the Child Support Enforcement Division, did Not provide meaningful assistance to Non-Custodial Parent Obligors. Since 1999, He has increased general public awareness regarding the following facts, such as: all parents are Not the same, effectively made the distinction between a parent of Integrity Vs. a Deadbeat Parent, the form of cruel punishment is Not fitting for all cases, how the child support punishment tactics utilized; also affect the child’s current and future upbringing status, how child support has and continues to play a major role in Domestic Violence and Murder cases, child support has and continues to lead obligors to go into underground sources of income, also leads obligors to live in homelessness, break down family structure/relationships, helps to increase the prison population byway of unjust incarceration, and much more.

 

Mr. Hales, goes on to continue increasing public awareness by way of providing factual and necessary information and services, which Informs, Educates, and Empowers all men, women, and children, across America.

 

He maintains a variety of professional experiences in such fields as Medical, Legal, Insurance, Financial Services, Retail, and Not-for-Profits. Some of His positions held were as a Legal Researcher, Customer Service Representative, Retail Manager & Trainer, Results Oriented Negotiator, Biller and Collector, Financial Analyst, Campaign Manager for local political candidates, and Community Organizer. Mr. Hales, is currently pursuing professional certificates in the studies of Conflict Resolution, Law and Legal Skills and Social Work Skills from Alison Online of Galway, Ireland.

 

Mr. Hales, is also affiliated with various organizations, and has appeared as a guest on numerous radio talk shows, as well as local television station. Also, He was a (2015) invited nominee, to serve as a Board Member for the ACLU of Connecticut. Mr. Hales has organized youth basketball and football teams in his area. And, has served as the youth basketball coach and a youth advisor, for His local church.

 

Currently, He is in the process of completing his first book and will shortly be starting the work on an upcoming documentary, “regarding the injustices within the child support venue.”

Attorney Sylvia Reid, Esq.

Vice President (1st)

Attorney Sylvia D. Reid, is an accomplished licensed attorney, who practices law in the State of Connecticut and the Federal District Court of Connecticut since 1994.

 Attorney Reid, has spent a lifetime assisting underprivileged families, especially children.  Since 1995, she has served her clients in the areas of Child Support and Custody, Family, Foreclosure, and Entertainment Laws.

Between 1985 – 1995, Attorney Reid served as an investigator for the State of Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection.

She also served as a Mayoral Appointed Commissioner and Chair Commissioner for the City of Hartford’s Commission on Human Rights and Opportunity.

In 1995, Attorney Reid opened her law office now known as The New Generation Law Center, LLC.  In 2004, she founded the non-profit organization called; The Hartford Metropolitan Area Youth Choir and Youth Initiative. She coached and directed youth in the areas of entertainment and personal growth. HMAYC is now known as “Gateway to Life”, an organization assisting disadvantaged and dis-enfranchised individuals.

She attended Goucher College, Towson, MD, where she received a dual Bachelor of Science in Pre-Law and Political Science. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and attended the University of Baltimore Masters of Business Administration Program.

​She has also obtained a license to sell Real Estate and has served as a licensed Life and Health Insurance Producer. Currently, Attorney Reid is a trained and registered Mediator and is the proprietor of AllOra’R Beverages, LLC.  Also, she is an avid musician, song and script writer and film editor, that looks forward to helping innovative people reach their goals.

John L. Green

Vice President (2nd)

 

John Lindsay Green, Founder, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chairman, Chief Creative Director, Filmmaker, Producer, Director, Writer, Actor.

Mr. John Lindsay Green has been founder, CEO, and COO of Buttermilk & Cornbread Filmworks Entertainment Productions LLC an independent film production multimedia company since November 2011. Mr. Green is responsible for the management and oversight of the acquisition and development of intellectual properties, preproduction, production, postproduction, marketing, and distribution of all filmed entertainment. In addition, Green is executive producer over all media projects produced under the production company banner.

In 2016 Green was invited to the National Society of Leadership and Success, and in 2011 he successfully completed studies in the Small Business Development Training for Entrepreneurs presented by the Kauffman Foundation. John Lindsay Green, is also the founder of LITERALLY LITERARY DEVELOPMENT Company, a literary company serving as a media platform to acquire unproduced scripted material, to develop projects and produce projects as theatrical stage plays, film and television. The six-year-old company currently has other projects slated for development and production in the pipeline for the next five years.

John Lindsay Green has studied acting, directing, screenwriting, playwriting, filmmaking, business law, stagecraft, set design, video editing, theater makeup, play production and history of theater, and was formally a full-time theatre production major at Fayetteville Technical Community College of Fayetteville, NC.

The production of ‘Waiting for The Train’ marked Green’s debut as director/ executive producer. ‘The ROOF’ is Green’s second outing as director and producer.
